The Story

During Christmas week of 2022, temperatures in Versailles, KY plummeted resulting in a very busy winter for us. Pipes froze, burst, and water flooded into electrical devices. For this local dentist, he received the worst of it! The pipes froze and flooded his entire office and they didn’t realize until after the holiday was over!

The landlord was amazing and got to work immediately to reestablish their place of work. Unfortunately, the damage was so severe, the office had to be gutted. After days of drying the studs, we got to it. It took us 2 weeks of demo, reconfiguring and rough-in work in January. By April, we spent an additional 2 weeks of putting the finishing touches on. All together after a grand total of 4 weeks with this office it was in better working condition than ever before!
